7500psf!! and 1500 in one month !!!! Is Gurgaon thing happening in Banglore too?? . This kind of increase may be justified from the builder’s POV if there is demand from investors. But I wonder who will buy from these investors when they try to sell it . .. end users usually compares various factors before they buy as they are the ones who ends up making a big one time cash outflow . . . . usually once a lifetime…..
Prestige has not yet formally launched many of its OLDER “pre-launch” projects Ferns Residency, Misty Waters, etc. Why would you want to book this?
To be very simple the answer will be that it is PRESTIGE
What is so simple in that? Just bcoz it is Prestige (capital letters or small letters), what difference does it make? There are bigger players like DLF who are struggling to deliver on time…
And this is teh “PRESTIGE” who actually had 2 towers crashed!!!.. either you look involved in prestige!. Nobody likes to pay for PRESTIGE and have its tower fall off!
