Kindly provide your positive and negative thought on this project. Also please advise is it worth to book this project as it is very from electronic city.
No need to compare. But guide me which one will better option for residence purpose in the future. Tata newheaven or provident sunworth project .I will decide to book one once I get a answer from you. Please advise.

Already a delayed start,…We Booked in Sept 2013 and were told that by Dec 2015 or earlier it will be all completed and ready for possession but now they say its July 2016 ? If you ask the customer service they seem to have no clue… My impression is although it is a big brand it has not keep its promise..

unfortunately the project got delayed and they are now rushing with handing over of the flat without finishing the project in good shape You go for the handing over with great expectations and you are in for a shock i promise you. These AH’s will make your life miserable when you go to take possession. One shock after another will come your way till you say enough is enough. Tata Brand – my foot they are a shameless lot and so please be aware of their dressing up tactics and do not allow yourselves to be cheated. I guarantee you they will fool you so please be aware. I really do not understand how the local municipality gave them Occupation certificate without ensuring there is no water supply ,no Bescom electric supply, no proper elevator and no proper approach to the apartments etc., They have to be taken to task – i hope someone from the Karnataka government will see this and ensure these fellows get everything completed first before issuing the OC. Bottom like its a no no for sure with TATA Brand

The Tata New Haven is located nearby the Golden Palm Resort. The new cricket stadium is proposed nearby. It is also said that the race-course of bangalore is also been shifted here. APMC yard which deals in fruits and vegetables is nearby. Metro Station is said to be near-by but it is 7 kilometers away from the planned site. A proposed road to international Airport at devanahalli is also said to be proposed nearby on Tumkur Road. Even though Tata is charging at a premium, still the brand name persists in Bangalore property dealing case. The possession is said to be by december 2015 wherein we can expect a delay of 6 months at least. I have also heard that water is not a problem on this Tumkur road belt as discussed with locals and friends. After all it is a good deal if compared with the upcoming projects of Sobha and Godrej at Tumkur Road itself.
At least i feel that its a long term investment…
Tata has started providing allotment letter. I got the one today for my 2 BHK flat.

I am looking forward to invest in TATA New Haven at tumkur road bangalore. The sales guy told me that the construction is done by Shapoorji Pallonji Construction company. I would like to know that how much it is true as no website is mentioning that. And also how much worth it is in investing in this property for a long term basis.
