I was exploring this property called Sumo Sonnet. The location of the apartment and the floor plan looks good. The construction seems decent. Getting the legal verification done. Anyone who has already bought into Sumo Sonnet near Kudlu gate? I would like to connect and have a talk.

    even I am looking at buying a flat at sumo sonnet, it would be really helpful if you could please let me know if you found everything alright with this property and booked it?

      Hello Smriti,

      Yes I booked the flat 945 sqft at Sumo Sonnet.They started NO EMI till poccession this week.

        Hi,

        When did you book in Sumo Sonnet ? Is there a whatsapp group for owners for sumo sonnet ? I tried but couldn’t find a forum on sumo.
        If it is fine, can you disclose the price per sq ft ?

          There is no whats app group.I purchased in Oct’15 .Currently they are asking 5600 sqft and but they are selling 5000 to 5300/-
