Review request for VS Chalet LB Sastri Nagar, Bangalore

Hi,

I’m planning to buy VS Chalet from Vs Associate builder http://www.vsrassociates.com/index-2.html

It is in ready to occupy stage. It will be great if anybody can point out the issues/review about the builder, project and location.

I am not happy with the road in that location, I heard in rainy situation it will become worst.

I am staying in this area. Main problem here is dust. Now the surroundings are improving. Getting water and drainage pipes. Location is best in terms of connectivity.

any idea about the builder and quality of construction? Almost 25 units are available in ready to move in.. It looks like less demant.

There are flats still available in VS Chalet. I visited the site today and found it to be ok. Anyone with more information on this will definitely help.
