I am not recommending this builder as we are suffering after spending so much money. He will nod his head and will speak nicely when you pay the amount. Once he received will spend that money on his other project and will delay your apartment. Also he will threaten you if you ask any questions. Better avoid this kind of builder and go for some renown builder who is reliable.
