• Status: completed and ready-to-move, off Bannerghatta Road near Hulimavu, close to the Hulimavu Metro Station. Original possession target was as early as June 2012, so this is now a well-established, older resale community.
• Current pricing: 2-3 BHK units run roughly Rs. 39.75-63 lakh, with a median around Rs. 7,000/sq ft.
• RERA status is unclear — as a pre-RERA project, it may not be registered; confirm directly on the Karnataka RERA portal before relying on any listing site’s claim either way.
