Not to generalise, but there is perception in Bangalore that AP builders are less trustworthy due to known bad experinces …example: GG the golden took almost 10 and the project isnt complet yet.
Aparna is a class A builder in Hyderabad.All their projects are of very high quality.Material used is also very good.Have seen quite a few of their apartment including sarovar.
Hyderabad based builder…How is his reputation in hyderabad?
They are reliable and have good name in Hyderabad. I have personally seen one of their project where one of my friend stays in Aparna Sarovar in In Hyd.
