does anyone has any update on Brigade Orchards project progress wrt the conditions that would be favorable for living. I think for the aspen block they have completed the 6th floor.
However i learnt that they are not allowing their customer to have a look at the flats citing construction related security issues. Does anyone has comments on the future of this project.
Is there a active google group.

Hi
I have taken one in Banyan that is next to Aspen and heard the construction is kicked off.
Its under agreement process and updates are posted in Brigade website.

I have booked a 3bhk flat in Banyan block. Did you complete the agreement formalities ?
Did you plan any separate verification of the documents from a lawyer?
How do you perceive the resale value of this project
