Delta signature on sarjapur road

Hi

Has anybody booked a flat in delta signature on sarjapur road? The location and construction seems to be okay, but the developer doesn’t have many ongoing projects.

Anybody else who has booked in it? Also, what is the price per sq ft paid.

I m also interested to know the sq ft rate.. did u enquire with builder?

yes, he was quoting 4100/- but negotiable.
