Any one purchased flat in klassik landmark, Hosa Road?
I’ve booked one during pre launch and now they are asking to pay 15%+ car park cost before launch and asking to go for agreement even they don’t have BBMP approval in hand.

March 2013. I booked at 3699/Sqft.

Today they called and told they have got BBMP approval. Still it will take some time to get the physical letter from BBMP. Hopefully it will launch soon.
