I am looking to invest in a plot in Bangalore withing 35 lakhs budget. I am pretty new to Bangalore, so it would be good if I can get a land which is clear of any legal issues. Big builders would be preferred, because they generally try to maintain the quality of construction in the gated community. I am really very confused. Please help.
