Has anyone seen the property? Whats the verdict? The current price that they are quoting is Rs 4890. Ready to move in apartments. I am just wondering how come this property is still not updated in Mantri’s site. Seems, this property is acquired and sold by Mantri. Any idea ??

Please dont waste time by going to see that apartment.
I have visited the site last weekend , it is in middle of forest , you dont get anything ova there.
It s overpriced. you will get plot for 10 laks in that locality.
Fools will buy here!!

Agreed, the location is not the deal breaker though. At least one room of all the flats has angled wall. Rooms are small in size. Balcony takes it all. Small washbasins in bathroom, poor quality moduler kitchen and doors are worst part. All locks are latched, no twist turn locks. Seems pretty low end in construction while high end in cost. Not worth it.
