Has Anyone got the legal documents verified? Currently the location for Clubhouse isn’t specified. The buider said they will get a new BBMP approval for Phase1 and Phase2 (where there office is) combined. He said that new plan will have location for amenities. My lawyer has asked me to get the draft agreement from builder and wants to make amendments.  The builder said they have ~30 confirmed booking till now. Has anyone got into an agreement with the builder?
