Hi All,
It has been sometime I have been trying to find reviews about Saket Callipolis on Sarjapur Road, Bangalore.

Though on the face of it, the project looks good but I have been unable to find useful information about the builder and/or reviews about them. I am seriously evaluating this project since according to location, it is very good and the quality looks good too with the amenities etc. that are being provided. Request the people having experience with Saket Group to please pitch in and help me make a decision.

HI,
I recently booked a flat in this, following are some points which I liked :-
1) Prime location, very Near to Wipro and on main Road, many new projects like Mantri Glades, Senorita , palazzacity are coming up.
2) Builder has done some projects in Hyderabad and is trying to build its name in Bangalore so you never know if he delivers something exceptionally good.
3) Specifications are best, no one gives siemens , coral fittings.

I have been thinking on a very positive note about this project, I also tried a lot to know about this builder the quality of constructing the completed projects till now in Bangalore etc however no Reviews i got on the net none of the owners have posted their comments and reviews about the same.
About documents verification permissions they have. etc
Kindly share your experiences and reviws about the same.

Very pathetic support from builder and has no sensitivity towards customer pain. Basic amenities not working, management has no clue on how to deal with it. Deviation from specifications.
