Hello, I have visited this project last week and they have claimed around 40 flats sold out; is there any buyers forum for the same? isnt he charging more considering the builder quality? Need some inputs, reallyappriciated; I kinda liked the locaton verymuch.

Heard construction quality is poor but at that location price is not affordable with good builders
