A New project has been pre-launched by name Unishire Terraza. It is behind Manyata Tech park .

Wanted to know your review regarding this project and builder

Offered @ 3750 per sqft(Basic) + 20 % would be over all charges for all other amenities like car park,Electricity ,Water, Taxes and Club House charges.
