Bangalore is a hot destination for new residential projects especially Apartments. Often we hear of pre-launch offers, which promise attractive rates during the offer period. Whereas it is true that the prices are attractive and look good for investors, one should exercise caution since the Pre-launch offers would often mean pending approvals. Some projects that are mentioned in this site have been in the pre-launch stage for a year or more and those who have booked are left to the grace of the builder, booking in pre-launch can also mean that your booking amount may get locked without interest for an indefinite period of time or having to shell out cancellation charges if you don’t read the fine print carefully. All in all one should realize that there are definitely risks associated with pre-launches.
