    I also like the project. But any idea about how safe it is as the lake is very close and also under buffer zone. any future challenges fron the Government side?

    Visited this property today and amenities and model flat looks good. My only concern is about whether this is falling in lake bed and any future implications. Any one has booked a flat here?

    Had a site visit here recently,Really like the project.Guys any idea about how safe is this as lake is very close by?Will there be any future challenges by Goverment side ?
