All the residential projects from Skylark have been huge successes. They make sure that they include all the required facilities and provide a secured campus to their residents. We’ve lived here for a while now, and can definitely say that there has been no issue that would make us question our decision of moving here
We have booked a 3 BHK apartment in Skylark Ithaca recently. The rooms are very spacious, the design is convenient, and the amenities in the compound are all well-maintained. Overall, it is a fantastic place. And the view from our balcony is simply superb.

The construction is again stopped. They are saying it will start from 15-Oct-2018. Again financial crunch. I hope builder understands our pain of paying interest and also having nightmare .
Even i bought a flat in skylar. Ithaca and fyi construction is. Again stoped b’coz of insufficient funds asper as per my crm he says skylar ithaca was waiting some funds from icici and they haven’t got it so construction is on hold and will start in july 2019 …. also they have not used the same tiles which was used in model flat and they had promised they will use the same at the time of booking … honesyly i am very disappointed…..

What I love most about Skylark is that it is situated away from the noisy city. The infrastructure of the building is stunning. The recreational activities are well integrated and maintained, and my family is enjoying the new home.
Really? None of the towers have been completed. The construction work has stopped long ago. I visited the site like a week ago and looks like a dead project and you are enjoying your new home. Stop making fake comments.
These guys are chamchas of skylarks; selling their self respect by misguiding people to make few bucks .

Skylark’s apartment project,offers not just comfortable living, but luxurious lifestyle. The complex is well-maintained, secured and clean. The residents are also very nice and friendly. Overall, it is a wonderful place to call home.
Which complex? What residents? None of the towers have been completed or handed over to occupy. Not sure who are these virtual residents which look so nice and friendly to you.
The construction is very slow. It will take approx 2+ years to complete the project. Only structure is ready, a hell lot of work is left. After much negotiation with the Sales Manager, I booked for Rs 3499 psft , Folks do not buy without negotiation. The real estate market is down and there is an oversupply of apartments. Builders are ready to sell to optimize their margins, so negotiate like a professional to strike a deal.
Friends Remember: Do not purchase Apartments for investments, buy only if you want to live in else invest your money into liquid funds. You will have more ROI, Do not trust anyone just do your maths.

I bought in 2013 during prelaunch and totally fed up with Skylark. As per agreement deliver is Mar 2017 but now delivery date is breached and still no work is going on last 6 months. Skylark is having some issues with L&T, which is constructing the project. No proper communication from Skylark and worst thing is Skylark never accept the fact that work is stopped even though no progress in last 6 month. God only knows when it will be finished. I bought this appt using SBI loan and bank released all the payment, and now i am facing huge problem paying the EMI.
The work of Skylark ithaca has been stopped from August 2017 and still the work have not started . The builder is giving multiple dates regarding the resume of work . They says that the internal work is going on which is not the case in reality .Please do your necessary ground check before investing in this project . The construction is good and in case if the work resume then it would be much appreciated project . Hope the work should start soon .
Never ever buy any flat in any skylark project
i bought in dec 2013 and cancelled in june 2014
after that i bought another under construction flat in oct-2014 and now i am staying in my own flat
there is no flat which is not cancelled there
all who booked in skylark during pre launch and launch jun 2013 n dec 2013 had cancelled now
as per my agreement mar 2017 was delivery date now i m very happy i cancelled
skylark main source of earning is cancellation fee…i lost about 85K for cancelling but still very happy
skylark will promise u to give in 50L but in 10 yrs which is equivalent to 1cr of other project
its all project completed in 10 yrs only
skylark is actually sky shark
all who booked during pre launch and lauch time in 2013 is bleeding due to EMI and rent
my reason for cancellation was no where it was mention in agreement how to check builder
they wanted time based payment i insisted construction based payment to builder
now those who gone for TLP is mere spectator and reseller of microsoft word project
they cant do any thing

Please consult some layer and put a court case. Let the builder goes to legal battle and then only he will fall in line by selling his own assets like other greater noida builders. Most of them has gone to jail and court asked them to pay all the customer.
Good thing is that, Mine is Pre-EMI offer. And I don’t have to worry.

any updates on construction status..understand from colleagues on ground that there is no activity on site since last 6 months..phase handover going to delayed by more than an year
They are now focused on Arcadia phase-2 completion. I traveled by the road almost everyday and seen they have constructed the boundary wall near Arcadia phase-2 also the entrance gate which was closed , they clean that area and reopen. Electrical Transformer etc they have setup.

And I too booked in Phase-2 on march-2016. and as per you mentioned in comment it got credited in Reasonable time, but now things are different. and one more thing bank loan they disbursed almost 80%, But their is no development in construction side. they stoped all phase-2 work. c

Okay..5 month is long time and looks violation of Sale ,Construction Agreement T & C..Let me see how it progress with me…Mine is Bank loan and clarify them that it needs to be credited in time. Yes Construction looks stopped from Aug 2017, I visited site recently ,but there is no visible work for Phase -1 too. We can form a Group too to maintain a better communication.

Same here facing problem with getting EMI credited to my bank account. This is the 6th month , every time when I follow up with with contact person, they keep on postponing two weeks, this month end , early next month…. Most of the time they don’t even pickup the call, After 4..5 continues call in different intervals , I am getting this kind of crap answers. Last week visited their office in Ulsoor, met CRM manger Mr Ajith, who promised to get settled this month end ( march 2018) atleast one EMI but today I am getting answer that it will happen on April 10th,My EMI deduction from bank is on 5th of Every month . I am following with them every now and then, but get a reply that they are working with the bank people to be credited to my account. This is the same reason which they are saying from past 3 months.
