Area is developing well and water problem is same every where after the ORR.
I heard that mobile tower is there for 10 years which is a very very big health hazard. Get exact details before planning for a flat there.
1. Heard lot of issues on bore well level going down in Hormavu. How is the water situation in this area?
2. What about future appreciation?
I am also planning to book a flat in B-block, have following concerns:
1. Sales folks claims a completion time as 18-20 months from April,12 e.g. completion would be around Jan,14, how certain are we on that? given the fact that work has not yet started and some approvals are pending.
2. I see like me lot of people have concerns about approach road here, so am i 🙁
3. If completion gets delayed by a year than will Keerthi builder hold on to what they say in Agreement that they give penalty??
pls advise, it will help me finalizing the deal..

Dear Sir, In B Block only 5more flat are left out, A, B & D Blocks foundation completed, now we are started plinth Bheem, Block D Excavation started, now all the Approvals has come, you go through any leading layers get the clearance the proceed your booking.
Approach will not effect much bcz this in only residential area, and also this property is end of the road.
To be clear no penalty.

I have already booked a flat in this project, from the banks the have got only HDFC approval as of now, they havent got any nationalised bank approvals yet, they are saying that it ll be done by this week.
Which block did you book in? and do you think the railway line is too close? I am worried about the noise, also someone was saying about the water scarcity in the area.
Did you guys ask about the mobile tower? is in’t it too close by?
I have booked in D block, i dont think railway line is going to be a problem, u ll get used to the sound in some time 😉 , they were saying the tower will be removed, but not sure about it. All the approvals are in place now, and i have already processed loan from SBI.
Loaction is good. Well developed area. Will appreciate well. Approach is a little narrow.

There are over 200 apartments in this project. It is behind the Coconut Grove layout and there is only one entry from the Deva Matha School side. At one place the road is just 20 feet wide. There will be a major traffic jam problem because of this site. As per BBMP rules there should be 80 feet road to reach this site. Forget 80 feet, its just a 20 feet bottleneck to reach this location.
They have one more entry from the other side which connects to the road with huge Ganapathy idle, and it is almost completed.
It is .8 KM inside from Horamavu main road at the dead end. Besides property there is railway track.
I think project is good but location (railway track) and approach road are big issues
Did you seen the project sir, it is just 500mtrs to 600mtrs from Horamavu main road and from the railway track to our project 200ft gap of the land.
Location is not clear. Anyone knows more details? any review comments on this project?
