Emabssy pristine is a risky investment. It does not have all the glamour as advertised.
It is situated very close to the largest polluted lake in Bangalore. The air here stinks and the people staying in the village are suffering from harmful diseases. Water is highly contaminated as well,
i think embassy pristine is a great place to stay. I stay around that area and it is not at all bad. Infact good sunlight, fresh air and excellent connectivity apart from world class facilities in embassy prisitine makes prisitine a great place to stay.
surrounded by forests and lake on the other side also makes a great view !
the pollution and stink is more towards the bellandur village area, old airport areas and surely not around the area where pristine is situated.
Where DO you stay sandeep? Are you investing in Embassy?
Ramesh,
I beleive you should get your statements right, when you say the bellandur lake is the most polluted lake, the lake’s the largest 1000 acres approximately and there are a lot of reputed builders whoc have constructed apartments on the vicinity. Even i have personally checked the site ground water and there are people who are treating and drinking the same water. it is supposedly one of the best projects in that vicinity.
