I have also bought in Park Lane some plots of max dimensions. The project is maintained well internally and the view of the mountains is also good. It’s about 4 km from the highway. I hope development is slow near by so that we can enjoy for some time the open spaces and the rural environment. Hope it does not become saturated&congested like ORR & whitefield…a few grocery shops will do…!
Hi , Can somebody let me Know about P C Realty Park Lane Project , Devanahalli , Nr Laxmiura village, They Quote RS1675/Sq Ft. But competiotor price seems to be low in that area. Is it worth buying that .Located in NH 207 .

I have booked a plot there. Layout seems good. 4 kms inside highway. NH207 is planned for widening. Dont know if it happens in 5 or 10 yrs but surely it will.
It has Underground electricity cabling compared to North Town which looks like old style layout.
Me too have booked here, seems very promising than North Town, it looks older and no great amenities. PC offers a good package and well priced
I suggest to go with PC, i got a good launch offer

whats the future prospect of park lane project .I heard like ITIR(IT investment region) is coming in front of the NH207 towards Dodabalapur and further all the villages infront of Park lane towards Nandi village where Park lane project is located .People say a big patch of land has already been acquired by govt for ITIR But No-body is sure about this facts and factual .So expert forum member does anybody has these details.Morover will be a good investment in coming days for appreciation due to the above facts . Because other Project are also coming up good too.So what extra in this project we have.

Hi, Synergy One Bangalore is promoted by Orange Properties guys in a new avatar. Better watch out, they will as usual do a lot of advertising, offer very low prices and discounts and delay/never deliver
