Sharing my experience after living here for 2 years. This is a horrendous place to live if you are a working professional & work from home sometimes or work remotely. Everyday there is at least 3-4 hours (sometimes even 12-15 hours) of continuous power cuts and there isn’t a complete Power Backup provided in this society (Not even a single bulb in bathrooms and kitchen). Water stinks with insects and has a pale color to it. Flat sizes are decent enough but orientation and build is average. Sunlight only reaches on flats on certain directions. Association is rude, intolerant and will not listen to you if you’re a tenant because they’ve self appointed themselves as “superior” to you just because they own a flat here. Any time there is a major problem, maintenance office will give you no support and give phone to plumbers or electricians to answer. Not all flats get covered parking space. Gym is below par, swimming pool is only for namesake. Association tries to find every possible way to close these amenities. In COVID peak times, maximum amenities were closed for more than 9 months, but still they charged 100% maintenance fee from every resident. Living here is like paying the premium of a metro city but receiving the services of a village. There are plenty of other apartments nearby, I can’t emphasize how much regret I’ve felt after choosing this one over the others. I suggest you learn from my mistake and skip this society, even if you need pay ?2k-?3k more, DON’T EVEN THINK TWICE, JUST PAY FOR IT.
I bought a flat at Provident Harmony and have been enjoying my stay here. I work at Manyata and it just takes me 15 mins to reach home, even during peak hours it doesn’t even take half an hour. I get time in the evening to enjoy with my kids. Very happy with my choice of the house here.

Please refrain from buying any provident property. They have hired goons in the name of facility manager and are good for nothing. They will disconnect your power supply if you don’t take DTH connection from the service provider of their choice.

Don’t worry. First get the flat and then we will form association. After registering the association we can file case for refund of Pre-EMIs and penality for delay in execution. Law is with us and we dont have to worry. You can read the unitech case where all top 4 persons of unitech had gone to jail in similar case.

The Purvankara/Provident Harmony project has come up well…the checks for quality also allowed by engineers. But only problem is the delays.. Hope purva/provident is listening to customers woes and handover their projects early after so much delay in order to save their brand name and to thus improve their future sales in their future projects…
