Very nice project in a residential location, calm and serene place for family, provides all amenities and also form a reputed name like Gopalan. Community inside is good, courteous staff and friendly residents.
Calm and peaceful location. Wondered how there could be still unsold flats in a project with such great amenities. Kinda high priced for such remote location. Also there is an internal issue between villagers and this project regarding a temple. And there are summons from court regarding litigation (though it’s internal issue within builder family)
Project is good one with nice facilities and a reputed builder involved. But most of the reviews written here are by the Builder’s employees themselves. You can find it if you click on the profiles. And there are 2 major issues related to land with this project which is a mystery.
What kind of legal issues are there with the land?
Is 73L all inclusive price for 3bhk worth in this area?
Extremely pathetic project execution and work manship.

1) Any idea how far this might be from the RV college Metro station ? Will it be walkable ?
2) What about water and traffic problem in this area ? I heard Rajarajeswari nagar has good roads , can I assume the same for Mailasandra as well ?

Looks like u got a flat in this project ? Did you check the papers with any lawyer ? I got a response from Gopalan, that banks have completed their review and approval is in process. Also, do you know if this project has A Khatha else banks seems to be rejecting the loan.
How has been your experience with Gopalan so far ? Are they transparent with their communication ?
The project is approved by SBI, etc now.

At 3,600 psft this looks like a good Project to invest in. The easy access to the Metro Station will probably drive up the prices in this area in the next few years. I am looking at visiting the location next week and book an apartment.

4000 is the going rate in the “core” RR Nagar. This is not exactly RR Nagar, but a bit further. So, 4k is little bit high. You can get other apartments close to the RR Nagar Arch etc for this rate. 3.5K is what i think is justified.

Other concern (I realized this yesterday) is that the project is very close to the nala..I think it is the vrishvabhavati nala…any problems of stink there? Heard it carries a lot of sewage…

Any idea how is this project? Gopalan is quoting 60L (all incl. EXCEPT registration) for 1492 sq ft 3 BHK. This comes to ~4K per sq ft. Think this is a little high for this region of Bangalore??
