Can you advise if Purva Westend has any issues related to bad smell from KCDC Compost plant? Also, if we buy a flat from land owner’s share, is there a risk that Builder may create trouble in getting OC for us, or in registration of the flat. I had visited the site, but the unit I prefer is with the landowner. And landowner says that Builder is NOT allowing to see landowner’s units. please advise.
We booked landowner flat only. They already got OC in Jan so no worries.
You can see model flats n decide, quality will be same for all. We didnt notice any smell.
But Cadenza we felt sme kind of smell.

What is the status of this WESTEND project? I heard that Purva is facing litigation and land/legal issues, (as because of upcoming muneeswara metro station nearby) and hence they stopped construction. Is it true? When will be the possession?

The metro project is outside the Purva westend project.
There is no issue.
As per the construction progress, external construction is complete. Inside works are on.
