Pros:
1. Wonderful project as per brochure. As they said its all there.. School, hospital, greenery, commercial complex, Hotel, SEZ and common amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse etc.
2. Its on main road NH7. Appreciation is high

I have once visited Ozone Urbana Township. and Their customer service managers are very good they explained us about all the projects, their loan scheme, etc.
I would love to visit their scheme again.

1, 2. About the Toll gate, We have a service Road,where we no need to pay the Toll, Other site there is a IVC Road, URBANA has 4 Exits, The main one is after TollGate, Still we can take other 3 gates.
3, 5 The construction on phase vise, Its already nearing completion on Aqua and serene, position can expected by 2015 Dec. NPS / School is expected admission for 2016.
4.Yes agree it takes 3 to 4 years to complete over the Township.

I have been to site. Some of the things i observed.
1. The main entrance of urbana project immediately after the airport flyover falls on tall road. We need to pay tall for entry and exit from this gate
2.There is one more entrance before the flyover which will lead to back side entrance. But its narrow road. Interior.
3.Construction speed is toooo slow. When i visited no work was going on acqua. And other commercial buildings have not yet started.
4. I think it might take 4 more years to fully develop the layout.
5.Entire project is amazing on paper, they claim to complete entire project by oct 2016. but development is not upto the mark.
For me biggest turn off was tall road and not interested in taking interior road.
Hence dropped this project
I wonder a few things on your post.
1. Is there any good project in devanhalli where you can reach without paying toll from Hebbal?
2. Which project in devanahalli has development to complete the whole project before 2017?
3. Where and Why commercial buildings would come in any project in Devanahalli until people start living there?
Another point which you should consider is, 80% of the projects in Devanahalli have not got the BIAPPA approval yet. All the projects are not for immediate use. You should visit that part of Bangalore only for investment.
