Artha crest is one of the best and a good project to make an investment. There are no common walls. Construction quality is good. Locality is also the best and is well connected to main areas and IT corridor. High appreciation in rate is expected in coming years for the apartment.

Hi , The Builder was planning to make villaments on the same land since was not able to sell them now as converted it into an apartment Project .The Builders Past projects have not gone well and has been delaying this Project . His projects which were launched have been stopped and currently only few are in progress .
