As of 2nd week fo December 2014, the pre-launch pricing details are 4500 per sft for the first 5 units, 4750 for the next 5 units and official launch expected at Rs. 4999/- per sft

I heard from the sales team that the phase 1 is kind of completely sold out… is that true…
I also got same feed back from Sales team.
They are saying that Phase1 villas completely sold out.
