The Apartment is ready for fit outs in both projects. Its customers are the reason for the delay of Shelton. more than 50% of our customers request for alteration in internal walls, flooring, changing and adding electrical wiring and switches, Air conditioners, door positions and lot more… If you are not our customer for damaging the image of our organization we will sue you in the court of law. We can capture your IP address and trace you if you are engaged in this negative activities, which will damage any company’s reputation.
The delay is with-in the buffer.
Do you know the launch date? Do you know How many months are written in the agreement for possession?
Actually I can speak for Krishna Mystiq and can confirm that the apartment is not ready for fit outs (a few are but the vast majority of flats are not). Krishna has exceeded the buffer by 6 months without a valid reason. No structural alterations were accepted by Krishna so that is not a reason for the delay.

Please do not buy krishna flats. I heard there existing customer at mystiq and shelton are very disappointed and concerned.
Shelton is delayed by more than 1 year and it will add another 18 months to complete. Builder is not paying customers for the delay citing bullshit reasons. They are actually threatening the customers.
In mystiq, looks like they are adding a lot of illegal flats and also severally compromised on the quality.
Stay away and look for cat-a builder for safer returns.
