As of 3rd week of February, 2015, the sft price is in the range of Rs. 6499/- to Rs. 7000/- based on location/facing.
Is this project scrapped? I don’t see Prestige logo or sign in the location. Some construction is going on, maybe basements
Recent updates is the construction has started… still pending approvals…for sure this will not ready by even 2020.. is this worth holding or should I exchange for some ready to move in ?????????appreciate your suggestions…

You cannot buy a Prestige flat on resale before the initial buyer signs the agreement and pays 3 installments (after the initial 20%). You probably need to wait atleast 7-10 months more before even being allowed to resale …
The project location is perfect but the floor plan is not. As soon as you enter the flat you see a dining table, I don’t want to pay so much for a bad design.
I have bought a flat at prestige north point to stay, had been waiting for a project like this since a while considering it is prestige and the amenities i have no doubts this will become a land mark project in hrbr, price they had the project launched 6500/- ++ with all amenities, i though was absolutely worth it, you can find a ‘B’ grade builder asking for 6000 at hennur road or surrounding location
yea one hitch was that it would have been better with out the retail but prestige surely en cashing the opportunity of the property being on the main road,but keeping the residential entry work might just work and ya i did get my allotment letter late
Prestige is cheating.
It’s been a month I booked a unit in Prestige North Point project but they have not given me the allotment letter in-spite of handing over all required cheques. Prestige executive is not even responding.
I am shocked to see Prestige cheating. I don’t know if anyone of you had same experience but I am really unable to believe this, this is like making policy and then breaking whenever they need. I am running to get the the updates for last one month and they don’t even bother.
Just a pathetic experience with this builder, definitively not expected from a public listed company.
Did some one confirm to you that you have been allotted a flat ?
If yes, send an email to the mail ID mentioned in the Prestige website .
If no one confirmed, I am not even sure if you have been allotted . Email them anyways .
I got confirmation on email immediately for a different project, and in a month, I got the hard copy of allotment letter.
It’s was confirmed with Unit details, already sent the mail to but no reply. Also contacted to Prestige Sale Executive who signed on the allotment form but he is not responding as well.
The best thing to do is to walk in straight to their office on infantry road . you can contact the sales in charge of the project there . if not email , they should reply in person when contacted .
They will reply only to requests by mail on projects that they are unable to sell or when they are in bad situation financially.

Pressure tactics…???may be not sure…difficult to believe everything to be sold out so fast
All are sold out to the brokers and not end users. You can still buy it from the brokers who are advertising. Prestige has always been a Broker friendly company for projects in prime location with low inventory. This is not surprising at all.

No wonder they have been rude, they are not finding people lining up like sheep to book flats.The sales person’s job may be axed because of the present conditions and so he may be tense and rude.The flats may not be sold to brokers but they may be just fronts for the builder to create artificial scarcity. They will try to sell it on behalf of builder at a hefty commission.Which broker will dare to buy and try to sell it today ?
@ VK.. so i stay in jal vayu vihar.. and it could be true that all units are sold for that particular project cause its a brilliant location.. but yeah there is no excuse for being rude..
they launched two in hyderabad also this week..
looks like prestige is in desperate need of cash
thats true rahul..No cash to execute projects..that could be one of the reason.
Anyway we have to wait for few more years to see how RE price is going to go..At this moment it will take close to 3 yrs to clear all the inventory(1 million unsold aparts) in bangalore

This is located exactly opposite KFC on Kammanahalli Main Road .
This is near Jal vayu Nagar Circle opposite to KFC on kammanahalli Main road. Don’t know how it will fare in the current market scenario. Behind KFC is HRBR 3RD BLOCK.

This is bang in the centre of Kammanahalli …
Investors will pick these like hot cakes .
Not sure about end users, though ..as when you enter the house, you get the dining area instead of living area first .
Also, traffic at Kammanhalli signal kills in peak hours .

Price seems to be on higher side. Mix of retail at the lower level might kill the residential feeling fro families.
there is no bang for this project…why suddenly prestige launched 5 projects recently..Any cash flow crunch ? who knows..
RE as a segment is not receommended by global investors..if anyone has got 1 cr..let me know
