Hello,
Uber Mahogany is now Mana Tropicale. They are quoting 3800/- sqft and converted villa project to residential apartments. Concept of trees around houses is good and I like it. I am not sure why Mahogany was dropped. Please let me know if any one have more details on it and advise me if it is worth to wait for 3 years with 3800/- sqft rate for that location.

Any idea why Uber Mahogany was dropped? I had gone to see the site during the prelaunch one and a half years ago. It was an amazing concept. What happened?
It’s just the change in name from Uber Mahagony to Mana Tropicale. In terms of pricing, the current charge per sq ft is Rs 4175/-
There are still a few villa’s available if anyone is looking to buy one.
Prabha – Is the builder charging for the trees also? I prefer to have more trees inside my villa.

I believe Price is more than that.. i have seen the project , very impressive . villas are going to be built among trees. i think there few trees are inside your villa itself. you can live fresh life forever. if you really love nature, go have a look at this project
