Hi, I am planning to buy property in Assetz east point. Any review now on this. I visited the site and see that more than 150+ people have shifted there. Though Roof top swimming pool still not ready and they are saying that it will be ready in 3 months. Does any one have latest review on Assetz East point over all flat quality?

I am one of the owners and have taken possession I guess entire team of Assetz is full of fake degree holders ; there is not a single unit which does not have seepage issues, plumbing has basic routing and design issues . Moreover for every seepage they claim it is due to owner’s interior work or some such fault. I would seriously advice new customers to not give their hard earned money to such unprofessional outfit.
Seriously! Are you even a customer? This project was just launched, meaning construction hasn’t even begun and you are going on about seepage and whatnot .. I’ve bought an apartment at Here & Now and did so only because of the good reputation of Assetz. Why would you malign the reputation of a developer just on a whim? And, if you really are a customer, you are bringing down the value of your home with remarks such as this online. If you have an issue am sure there are relevant people to bring it up with in the company.

Now unlike you who are most probably some chap from Assetz CRM who gets paid to do this whole day let me tell you . Assetz has no delivered a single residential project of quality till date ; read the Here and Now webpage they always claim some technology park as a deliverable. Truth is Assetz knows nothing about residential projects their East Point is a big failure where L&W ran away with Assetz and resident money . The exterior is crumbling and units have major seepage. How do I know all this ? I friggin live in Assetz East Point. Assuming you are an actual buyer I would suggest exit out of the project while you can ; you will thank me later. If you don’t trust you are most welcome to Assetz East Point for a visit and have a look , now how is that for a proof ?

Please careful with this builder. My cousin bought in Assetz East point. Almost 5 years project not completed and they market project completed.Basic amenities only not provided and people are struggling there.
All the flats having seepage issue and worst quality inside in flats.
Better book with good builder.
I am one of the flat owner in Assetz East Point, they have delivered my flat almost 6 months before and I am very happy with the quality and services by them. I heard few flats have some leakage issue which they have addressed on time. My experience in Assetz is far better than other builder in terms of delay and quality. since I have invested in other builders I know the outside market how other builder treat their customers.
RERA will eventually apply to H&N.

3500 is right price..because for 4200 we have other builder over there with ready to movein in another 3-6 monthsa nd some with ready move in property over there..

Agree with the same…Right prices for Pre launch is 300 – 3250 as of now. Going rate is same in the market. with lot of supply.
Hahahahah, Really guys, I am just concerned about the builders and this industry where people have started bargaining like vegetables and when they get seepage and cracks in their apartment after completion, They start creeping on the same, How can someone forget that they have only forced builders to do the cost cutting during construction.

I am existing customer of Assetz East Point; I will keep this short may be Assetz has changed and they have now learnt to build homes but make sure you don’t focus on base rate of PSFT numbers ; Assetz is very cunning they charge a low rate but extract all the money from variable part like DG , BWSSEB, Bescom etc . In East Point they have not even given any of this facility even after taking more than 12 lakhs for this part alone. They are now asking for more money as bribe for all this . Again if you are buying for investment and just selling then may be you might make 5% profit but if you are buying this for use then stay away trust me go with a tier I builder with previous projects that are successful visit some sites you will thank me later ; as others have suggested for proof visit Assetz East Point you will yourself get your answer.
High Level bullshit this is, East point is made a joke saying June’16 for possession. Currently unlivable conditions are as is, good thing i dropped out during before booking along with a group of 21 fellow aspiring owners who bought else where. Assetz team cannot accept when someone says bad about their work and delay. Imagine this venture getting delayed over next generation.

@ Rajan, He is right. There is so much uncertainty in H&N as EP has crossed lot of deadlines over time. I was in that owners group who cancelled together. So relax, we have been screening the area since 2014 and watched EP on the way to work. I’d call it bullshit no doubt, but he isn’t yapping.
Assetz PR agency abusive people in public forum. Guys stay away from this C grade builder. They have delivered poor quality flats in East Point. Fittings, windows, tiles, flooring are very bad, local builders use better quality than Assetz.

I am currently staying in EP and whatever negative reviews are being flowing in this forums are almost TRUE. I regret my purchase however, but when someone is giving feeback in open, Keep your drainage mouth SHUT.
Dont go for Assestz here and now..you guys will feel bad after sometime..they will temp the people by showing model apartment but i can say there are many good developer with ready to move in property..waiting 3 years is waste of our hard earn money..and this people new to Bangalore real estate ..really no idea about higher management..When it comes to price its definitely to-much for them.So better check with other options and then take right decision..If anyone wanted to know about better options do let me know..This is my personal experience with property search from past 3 months..

This builder has not completed their current projects, EastPoint launched in 2013 still not completed. The CRM team of Assetz is not responsive and there is no clue when it will be completed.
Do NOT invest with this Builder.
as per current RERA rules it is illegal to buy property without all approvals. Please dont invest in pre launch properties
And who said RERA is applicable as of now?
