I have shortlisted between Sobha HRC Pristine and Sobha Forest Edge. While Sobha Forest Edge is 2272 Sft and am getting at the same price as that of a smaller unit at SOBHA HRC Pristine 1819 sft Which amongst the two is a better buy in terms of self use and investment?
Shaan, I stay near the project area. Price (3 bhk=1.5 cr) seems too high compared to the properties on the main road toward the airport. This project locality is OK but i am not convinced with the price. If your office is around Manyata tech park, this could be within 7-10KM. We love nearby locations like Sahakara Nagar and More megastore. This project is far from the main highway hence should be calm.
What are the current prices for this project, any feedback on location and comparison with other projects in he area?
