Godrej Properties has launched their new residential apartment project in Bangalore called Godrej Reflections. The project located off Sarjapur Road is spread across 6.5 acres of land and will offer apartments in 1, 3 and 4 BHK configurations in 2 towers.

Hi can someone let me know is this project is approved by BDA and lake authority of Bangalore since its in region of issues of shubh enclave were in govt have already issued action against shriram chirping ND Bren for enrouchement.

  I would also like to know if there are any legal issues pending with Godrej Reflections and Godrej Lake gardens. Also there is a nala that flows between these two buildings, can someone tell me whether it will be safe to take an apartment here?

  I have booked recently , stay in the same area, Rent at current in adjacent property ShriRam Chirping woods is 35k around for a 2BHK. So I find it good.
