Hi- I have booked an apartment at Woods, as the current price looks quite promising. Greenary infancy are the tea grooves which the Builder promises to setup on one end of the property. Other things which I found a booster for the price appreciation are Metro station coming near to this place. Brigade Tech Park and ITPL is 2-5 mins walk ( depends on anyone’athletic walking :)) I have taken this for investment as I am planning to keep my NRI status for next few years. Hope this helps.

yes earlier GST was on construction value now from 1 april GST on agreement value so u may need to pay.
GST on construction value 18% changed to GST on agreement value 12%.
Suppose your agreement value 1cr(50l contruction and 50Lakh land),, earlier ur GST 9Lakh(18%) but now 12 lakh(12%)
