I am planning to buy a flat in Gopalan Aqua but have following concerns:
1) Is there any legal issues related to rajakaluve? Kindly provide your opinion
2) The project work is extremely slow, not sure if the project would be completed by the deadline of Oct-2022 as claimed by the builder. Request you to provide your views
3) What is the price of 2 BHK flat there (~1365 sq ft & similar range)
