My experience, same was my friends/colleagues feedback about Whitefield few years back. Today, I stay in Brigade Metropolis and I am quite happy with the property and the way location has developed is crazy with various tech parks coming and has see good price appreciation. I feel the best part with this location is the infrastructure which is already developed so the future growth is bound to happen.Investing at the right time at the right location is the key.
Lot of empty land en route to this from Hebbal or thanisandra. It will take 10+ years to get something here. Aero space parks have not taken off along woth other parks promised. No connectivity thru metro because line for changed to airport road. If you have excess money and don’t know what to do, u can buy these small configuration with only 60% carpet area and complete with 5000 investors to rent your apartment

True. a min of 4-5 years would be required for this area to fully develop with IT/Aerospace/Hardware companies setting up a base here. But once that happens, prices would bounce like crazy as it would be a properly developed SEZ area with excellent road & infra unlike the poor old Whitefield..
