I felt the pricing to be nonsensical.Plan is nothing great- USP is a high balcony which from past experience of such flats in Pune is of little merit as the upper floor’s windows would look on to this balcony. Base price is Rs 6000 per sqft. Then they a “premium” view charge – ranging from 100 to 300 per sqft – and all apartments have that charge. Then the floor-rise rate.. Location is good but come on- Rs 2.5 crores for such an apartment with an average plan.. thumbs down.
