Is it worth investing in this project ? I am looking to buy a 2 bhk (1180 sft) which includes small balcony in the living area and only a standing balcony in the rooms. Considering that as well, I am not too convinced about the spacing provided in living areas and rooms when I visited similar apartment in Orchid Woods.

– Dealy in project without compensation
– Build quality not very good.
– Electrical sockets wrongly placed.
– Very very bad CRM.
– OC CC is not given to flat owners.
Moral: Not worth investing.

Developer is very good and mostly the Quality is very nice ……U can even check the Orchid woods in Hennur main road…U will get a best of best quality… No need to worry in quality …. Go ahead don’t miss and even u can’t expect how much it will get developed in 3/5 years its a International Airport road….

I don’t think, the quality is very good, they have not taken care of many things. When we approach them (post sale), they behave rudely (CRM is very bad). Also now, they are asking for additional amount, after registration (saying that, they have done wrong calculation in the tax part).

One more thing, i’ve visited Orchid Woods and Prestige tranquillity last month, found that tranquillity quality is pathetic and sub standard(tile finishing, paint finishing, corridor red pipes etc). Compared to that I find OW quality decent, I visited model flat at OW 14th floor, only thing that I didn’t liked was doors the builder is providing. I felt rest is OK. That’s what convinced me towards Orchid whitefield booking. Let me know any issues you faced at orchid woods.
in OW, found many seepage problems, due to poor quality of the work / inspection.
(1) Wrong TV point location (2) Wrong electric point given in bathroom (just below the shower) (3) Security aspects not considered while making utility area/balcony, especially for the initial 1-3 floors. Not allowing to put grill or doors.
(4) with 1450+ sq. feet area, no sufficient carpet area. (5) Lot of uncleared queries with respect to OC (6) they got OC , but not showing to customer (officially).
Guys, After buying flat, they don’t care customers. Some salesperson are very rude especially Amit. He even argued to customer and fight with them for small small issues. The construction quality is average.
whoever is booking please check carpet area , the front road of project which is suppose to be widen in some times and also check other charges like bescoom etc which is way high compare to other projects .
I visited their project but below are few concerns which stopped me from booking it 1) Their carpet area is less than 70 % for sure , when you asked them they don’t tell you it 2) Other charges are way high for example bescoom connection they are quating 233000 for 2bhk which is usually 170 to 180 k in all other builders similarly for power back up 130 k 3) the road in front of apartment is very narrow and never when it will get extended
Pre launch Project “Orchid Greens” built by Goyal & Co. It is simple, stylish and well designed apartments.
Don’t buy from Goyal. Their customer support is very bad. Talking of an apartment it is not only about construction quality. They don’t clarify your queries. you have to run behind them for everything. On top of it talks back very rudely to the customer. All in all not worth it. They take customers for granted

Yes, I agree. The rate is quite high. Moreover, they will take 3 years to complete the construction.

I visited Orchid woods last year..construction quality is OK, nothing great, just average.
The Goyal & Co CRM is the worst I have ever seen. Quality of work is average. Lot of issues found OW.
They didn’t pay for the delay in handover the flat. Also did some wrong design in the rooms .
