Have heard Buenavista project launch is getting delayed because of some legal approvals pending. since the launch was supposed to happen in NOV-16 but is still being stretched and no clue to the owners of the launch date.
All the owners/property bought here are under the dilemma if this is really going to launch or what of the money gets blocked. Who can be contacted to get this looked into?

Initially they told the venture is spread over 10 acres. Now they mentioned that it’s going to be a venture on 7 acres. This is mentioned in their company website. Not sure how many changes more they are going to make before launch. I suggest all to wait and proceed after launch. Don’t just blindly confirm at pre launch.
Yeah I think the price is also high..4500+ is high… There is prestige tranquility near to this and we can get ready to move in around this price itself… If brigade charges the same price I find it hard to go for them..
I visited the site last Sunday.. There is an unbearable smell at the site coming from the chicken feed factory adjacent to prestige tranquillity..
The smell was there for couple of minutes then slowly faded..
There is no info on Brigade site. Can some one please send me more details about this project.

Wonder why people are eager to buy properties in this area. Anyone heard about Mandur? decades and decades of dumping has resulted in unbreathable air and polluted ground water. Search for problems faced by Mandur village residents and you will come to know about the problems in the area. I am surprised to see lot of big builders like Shriram, Prestige, Pashmina etc developing so close to the poisonous area but they are doing it for their business, hardly bothered about the people. Please go and verify these things before buying this.

If the property is 3kms inside Budigere cross, 4500 seems high. ok price if it is on OMR
Apartment sizes have really reduced…that’s the new ploy by builders to give a sense that price is less…sqft prices are not reduced, but space is reduced which again impacts end users…in fact, bangalore has seen a reduction of over 20% in sizes of apartments…
Any Further information available ? Prices seem to be on the higher side. would love to know the details & breakups.

I have paid the EOI amount for a 3 bhk unit, they havent disclosed the price pr sq. ft. yet but it woul be somewhere around 4500-5000 / sq. ft. Currently these people are giving an discount of 250 pr sq. ft. for soft launch. The property is next to prestige tranquility.
This project in prelaunch and they say we will get 5 options if we book now and 250 off on the price. I would say A:there is no certainty that the project gets approved. Earlier Brigade has the same issue and one of my friend had that issue for couple years. Money is blocked for that period.
B: what if you don’t like the 5 units they give..
C: I think the price for that location is not likely to be at the prelaunch price though they say it’s 250 off..
Incase of A or B I would opt out.

Even we are interested for this project. However as per marketing team the minimum price what we’ll be getting 4500(after 259 discount).
Considering decent floor rise nd Plc my rough calculation said 3bhk unit of approx 1600 would cost me around 90-95 l all inclusive.
I felt this is little high given the location. Any thoughts please?
Yeah I do agree, the price is bit high. But dong an calculation for 1450 sq. ft. the approx. price will be 72-78 lac.
Sriram green fields is quoting 4k, brigade buenavista quoting 4.5k psqft. Are these prices justified for underconstruction/pre launch when you can get prestige tranquility at 4.3k-4.5k psqft that too at better location than these two given the fact prestige is nearing completetion and these have not even started ? Confused any suggestions ?
Hi ankur, unit allotment has started and prices, plan all re fixed. Their price per sq. ft. is 3990. I think price is ok for pre launch. They have 3bhk, 2bhk, 1bhk all available. I would suggest you guys to go and talk to brigade sales team.
I heard that there is water scarcity in this place, golden Triangle having the issue, any info on the same.
Brigade has comeup with price and floor plan. Current price is 3990/sq.ft. I think the price is ok for pre launch
3990 is a good price for this project. With Signature tower and Orion mall coming up in vicinity in Brigade Golden Triangle project there is good scope for improvement in this area.
