This project is coming up on a lake bed. They have covered a major part of the lake for the project. The buyers will be in big trouble if they buy this property.
Please don’t opt for Ramky One carnival, worst sales commitment and once booked trouble begins no approval in place, Rates are sky-higher. Few Friends are in huge trouble even after cancellation of their booking .. when came to know that approvals are still delayed..
Do not fall prey to this builder. His reputation in previous projects is not good. Apart from cost, nothing good for this builder. Its previous project is delayed by more than 2 years and still not delivered with full amenities. Checked with residents of ramky 1 north and everybody was complaining.
Before buying any property near lake, rajakaluve or lake bed please check with lake authority. Lots of builders have obtained fraud sanctions by bribing local officials.
This area has become hub for Residential apartments. Price is fine but just worried with builder reputation as its G+14. Anyone has booked here? Which is good: MJR clique or Ramky carnival or Arratt?
