Simply a Good property for end user. Serene location and very reputed brand (Arvind as textile background)
Please help me understand why anyone would buy an under construction property now in India? for an under construction property, buyer needs to pay service tax+VAT which is huge amount and wipes out any appreciation you may get. So, you are only left with the uncertainty of project delays.
I bought a pre launch apartment 3 years back and now when it is ready for possession, builder’s cost is less than what I paid for because on ready to occupy buyer does not need to pay any services Tax and VAT
Am I missing something here?
Builder is new into the real estate but have great reputations as a company has delivered 3 projects so but all on time.
I bought is Ahmadabad – Arvind Citadel and believe me one of the best investment for me so far.
I have also bought 2 BHK in Skylands. The price is good (though some addition charges but product is nice)

builder is good but location of the property is a turn off
Builder is good and location too is good ……..the property is surrounded with BDA plots, so being at 9 floor it’s like high rise feeling.

This property is very close to the railway tracks. Is that something to worry about in terms of noise level and construction durability?
I have bought apartment in Sky-lands facing towards back side – may at list get open space i belive railway track is not concern in terms of noise, i feel back side of the property no one can construct the building so i will get good space and good ventilation. company is ethical and price is realy reasonable for investment.
On the same area century breeze price is 5500 god knows they will handover the project or not , its next to graveyards.

BSP is attractive, Amenities is superrb. so as brand, corporate and listed company under Arvind Group (largest textile co)
You must consider 17-20 % capital appreciation YOY
What a load of nonsense, with no facts or consideration of market condition! Just sales tactics by brokers, very few properties have given 17% return YoY if you take last 5 years (consider registration, broker fees etc). Most properties have struggled to even provided returns similar to FD. The boom days are over
