    Hi

    I am planning to buy a 3 BHK in Casa Grande Hoodi Project. Kindly clarify the following points.

    1. Will they give CC & OC ? Is it under BBMP A-khata?
    2. Is it a joint venture with land owner?
    3. Will the project have enough water for 300+ units?
    4. Could you please highlight major pros & cons of this project? One of the major problem for me is the high tension electrical wires in close vicinity. Will they get NOC from BBMP for this? I am still in two minds because of EMF as it may cause health issues. Builder says it is almost 200 feet away from the flat.
    5. Which project(s) will you suggest among the following projects in terms of rental/self use , appreciation & construction quality.

    Casa Grande Hoodi, Sowpranika Sanvi phase-2, Ark Cloud City, Umiya woods, sekhar casabianca, subhodya luxuria.
