My friend told me that the work at this project has stopped for some time now. Even the construction crane has been dismantled n I dont see any workers at the site.

I had to drop this project off my list as they were not willing to give legal documents for vetting with my advocate even after agreeing to pay the booking amount. Their excuse was weird-the staff said that the docs run for abt 5000 pages and it was not feasible for them to take so many copies!!! But they can sit with our advocate for a single day and explain to him abt the project!! My advocate(not sure if others are fine with this) couldnt accept to this as that meant that he had to spend an entire day with their legal team leaving aside all his regular work at court/clients. With so much doubts and non-flexible terms,i was not sure if i would go with this. Maybe others are fine with this,but not me!! I mean,i have bought and sold my previous flat and we got all legal documents even when we booked our flat & gave all the required documents before we sold our flat. I assume,the buyer has all rights to ask for legal documents for verification after paying the booking amt. Otherwise,good location,good project,good configurations!

The project/location/layout seems very promising. The view of Nagwara lake is just amazing.
Few things to keep in mind though…A very high outgoing cost. I found the charges for club house/maintenance/car park on a pretty higher side. Expected Maintenance is around 6-7 Rs/sqft which I believe is again pretty high. For a 3 bhk apartment, it’ll be in 15K + range per month. Have to go for atleast elite upgrade package when paying a huge amount for apartment to get better interiors(which is around 500Rs per sqft)

I somehow found this property better than Karle Zenith. The layout/floor plans seems better. I’ll let the experts comment though.
