Last Try in Harshasagar.com – Plot buying near Hebbal flyover

Hi Harsha,

I am visiting this site from last 3 years, thanks for the info. I have taken a apartment from this website info only.

I am an NRI, looking for buying 1200/1500 sq ft plot to built a house for residing. I have tried from last 1.5 years not get the right, i need your expertise.

Location is near hebbal flyover (bangalore north-west) around 5km radius, near to ring road, mathikere, Yeswantpur, tumkur road. It should 15-17km distance whitefield offices. Budget is from 30 lakhs-50 lakhs, gated community is better if available for safety being NRI. Please suggest 4-5 properties, i am coming to india on december’14 wanted to register one plot, this is very urgent.

No new projects that I am aware in the areas you mentioned within the budget.

 

If you can consider driving another 8 to 10 Km on highway, I can think of Ozone Urbana which is priced around Rs.4400/sqft.

 

Your best bet would be to look at resale plots rather than new projects.

Thanks for the revertal. I am ok with resale plots in gated community/layout near hebbal flyover.. contact me on if anybody want to sell.
