Prestige group is on a roll this quarter announcing the pre-launch of yet another apartment project called Prestige Sunnyside located in Bangalore close to Outer Ring Road between Sarjapur Road and Marathalli junction. After launching Prestige Tranquility and then Prestige Parkview this is the 3rd project by Prestige Group in a short span of 2 months. Update: Prestige Sunnyside officially launched on September 14th.

Prestige Sunnyside is located in the heart of the IT Corridor with many IT Parks like Vrindavan Tech Village, Cisco Tech Park, RMZ Ecospace, Intel in its neighborhood. Being off the outer ring road the location provides good connectivity to major parts of the city. Prestige Sunnyside is spread across 5 acres divided into two phases. Interestingly the project phases are also divided by land and are not connected, the two phases are named as Prestige Sunnyside Oak adn Prestige Sunnyside ELM.

Prestige Sunnyside Oak is on 3.8 acres of land and will have 3 towers with 19 levels.

Prestige Sunnyside Elm is on 1.25 acres of land and will have 2 towers with 10 levels.
