Serene ambience with lots of great facilities. These apartments will fulfill all your dreams of a house .
I loved the apartments the complete plan and the amenities is something which will steal your heart. The quality of this can be seen when you visit the project . I am a happy home buyer and surely would suggest this project and the builder to my friends and family .
Recently booked a property in Tiara. Just wanted to share my experience in this thread. Its a beautiful property with amenities that suit kid and elderly alike.
I am happy with my investment and would recommend it to all.
Buyers be aware, All the reviews posted in praise of this project are fake. They are posted by vajram marketing team. How come a project which is still 2 years away from completion with all the amenities is getting positive reviews ?
Reviewers are praising the project for acres of club house, premium amenities , huge parking space. Mr Shubham, every single project whether its Orchids, Essenza, Elina, Estiva have huge delays and hundreds of dis-satisfied customers.

Vajram Elina is about to be handed over to residents 8 years after it was conceived. Vajram initially were open and frank during discussions. After Elina was launched in 2014 the team became arrogant when faced with difficult questions about delay in completion. If they have forgotten Marketing mantra and concepts its best they relearn the same.
Construction wise they are just about average. Their senior Management needs to wake up to the grim reality of a market meltdown.

It’s over 4 years now and still it looks like it will take a good 2 more years for the handover with all the showcased amenities. Delay and delay. They may be good but they need better transparency with customers who have shown their belief in them with their hard earned money.
With most of the money taken they are almost non responsive, and non committed to any completion date. Even they are 2+ years behind the schedule on their other projects. It’s high time they become serious in customer relations and job completion.
Vajram Tiara is a beautiful property. Its one of a kind premium property. It has amenities suitable for all age group from kids to old age people. The club house is spreaded over a acres of land. I have already invested in the property. Everything looks fine to me. Just want to connect with others who have invested in this property as well. Good luck!
I think the project is getting delay due to major initiatives were taken by the govt the last couple of years. Demonetization and RERA may be the cause of delay otherwise, vajram has a good repo in terms of possession. They always give possession on time. We can not judge a builder by a single project delay.
We had done a soft launch 4 years back and clearly indicated to customers that approvals will take 8-12 months. Please understand that as a company we follow full compliance and have a zero deviation policy from approved sanction plans. After obtaining the necessary approvals we have started construction in full swing. The area constructed in close to 10 lakh sft of built up area. As for handover and construction progress, we are one of the few companies who send regular detail monthly construction updates on every aspect of our progress. Base price is too low for an “aam aadmi” like me for a “prime” central area like yelahanka !!

I spoke to the builder today, the expected completion of this project is Dec 2016. builder has prior experience of one villa project (Vajram Orchid @ Doddabalapur Road) and one high rise residential project (Vajram Essenza) of G+13 floors, at Thanisandra Main Road (adjecent to Sobha City). apart from these three big projects, builder has done many other projects outside bangalore.
