Regarding the same.
We headed to sriram greenfield o2 homes as u again opened booking for phase 1 in April 2018 with various offer and booked the flat with booking amount 36k on same day and transfered the booking amount we had paid for booking for sriram greenfield phase 2 in january 2018 to get slot at phase 1. Sriram representative said all customers will get flat on the allotment basis on may 19 and 20 and u can choose the flat as per availability on that day.. Then we waited for 19th to come but we got call from sriram sales person saying visit sriram marketing office as there is availabilty in 17th floor of A block . We replied
as allotment is on 19th why we should do it today itself they told on that day there will be more crowd so sriram is calling interested customer today onwards for booking the slot.
We booked A block 17th floor 8 series with again booking amount 64k as per they said n asked for agreement and all procedure that sales person said sriram will do agreement after completion of that offer period. Again they extended the offer period for some days.. We didnt get booking confirmation email so we made call to them after 25th of may we got answer that because of software problem we are unable to send you mail regarding this.. we waited and waited but its not happening.. Again we called them they said mistakely the falt which u hav booked has been booked for another cutomer also but u dnt need to worry we will fix it it has happened to 11 more customer like you.. yesterday we came to know that it has been booked for someone names who has booked in 19th may and he had done agreement also we cant do anything . We were ready to do agreement they didnt let us do it and now they are saying its already belongs to someones else.. its ridiculous!!! we havent expected such cheating from builders like you. Shame on ur professionals ethics.. We were not asking flat for free of cost in your project.. How can you play with someones emotions?? Please stop spreading false hope .. Very much dissapointed. Only Nepotism and favourism matters to you.. Wish no more playing with innocent hearts from your side..

Last week I have visited this site and pretty much impressed. But something stopping me to book a flat here.
As most of the people, I am going to invest my 15 years hard yearn money and another 10 years loan amount to buy a flat. So help me to get clarify.
1. There is a private area in between two blocks. will it create any issue in future?
2. This full area lies between two major lakes, is there any rajakaluvey passing this area.
2. At https://www.guidancevalue.com/, haven’t find any project like ‘O2 Homes at Shriram Greenfield’ or Shriram values or Shrivision. Did they listed in that website or is it in any other form.
3. As most of the reviews says, Sriram properties is known for late progress, if they can’t deliver the project as per RERA, what we can do?
4. Is this project belongs to more than one builders?, is there any issue between them, Becuase when visit the place, work is going very slowly.
5. Any litigation problems in the site?
Please help me to get good flat.

Honest response: Please go with a ready to move unit. Under construction flats there is no visibility on possession at all despite RERA. There are different delay clauses which can make delivery a nightmare. Since it’s your hard earned money, go for something where you will get what you see. Visit any decent completed project, take feedback from residents, verify the papers and if you find a suitable unit based on your budget/vastu/preference then go for it.
But under construction should be strictly avoided as per my opinion. Thanks.
