Hi, Can someone tell when this project was launched?
I am looking to invest in Mahaveer Celesse, I feel there is location advantage due to upcoming tech parks and proximity to KIAL.
But not sure about the Builder, will this have good appreciation, or should I consider properties by big developers such as Godrej avenues??

I had this concern myself. I checked and found it on Zippserv CleanProperties. They have all details with respect to approvals, owners, OC/CC status. Do check. You should always proceed cautiously no matter which builder you buy from, in Bangalore.

You should be happy to see price remain at 3950 by 2020. They would have just started the construction by then.
Manju, please do not hype the price it will never be what you said… for any area to go that price…it should be in/near an BDA layout..otherwise it will be what the apartments are near to E-city

Projects near to this going around 8k. Godrej woods going in 9000 sq feet.
Don’t compare Kashmir Apple to a kanyakumari lemon. Godrej woods is in hebbal and bang on the main road and this is bit interior in yelahanka. Take time till 2020 and bring good arguments.
Manju it seems you have not seen the project location. This project is bang on the main Road.
Reason why I am saying rate will be approx 8500 to 9000 by 2020 is :
1. Just 2.3 kms before Godrej Ecopolis commerical project is under construction which is of 30 Acer.
2. After toll Devanhalli tech Park is coming which is already approved.
3. Already talks going on for Disneyland after Airport which will be of 100 Acres.
4. Airport is Just 8 Kms from this project.
5. Assetz approx 4 acres commerical project is already under Construction.
This is correct. Being one of flat owner in Mahaveer, the quality isn’t upto to the mark.
The ROI in Mahaveer isn’t that great as compared to Godrej,
Quite difficult to get a buyer in resales when ROI is considered.
If anybody knows please inform
1.Can I know the possession date in agreement.
2.Any grace period in agreement.
3.What will be the late fees from builder as per agreement
4. I am interested for investment purpose.. Can I know when we can sell this flat as per agreement.. What will be the transfer charges in agreement.
Look at the existing their projects delay – Tranquil and Mapple projects – dont know when these will be completed – buyers are struggling to get thier appointment to discuss; pathetic customer service after booking is done

3950/Sqft seems very premium for Mahaveer to charge! I think its very high seeing prior project quality.
INR 3,950/sqft is premium??? This is on Bellary Main Road, unlike other projects which are off the main road.
