senorita posession is in 1 year … prestige jade pavilion has possession is in 2.5 years which is behind intel/rmz ecospace …

Try in Mantri Glades…its right opposite to Senorita and next to Wipro…..their quality,brand and those garden balconies are better…also the open space ration etc is also good…not a too crowded one…
though not sure if they are left with any…heard that they had few units…in resale and couple of penthouse with builder…. personally i feel Mantri comes in ‘A’ category builders in Bangalore like sobha and prestige etc. unlike Salarpuria… who are B or B+ ..take your call…Sarjapur has many options.. 🙂
